Honey-Pecan Pork Cutlets

4 pork cutlets, 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons chopped pecans
Wash your hands. Make sure a parent supervises. Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium-high heat; brown cutlets on one side; turn; stir together honey and pecans and add to pan, stir gently. Cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Serve cutlets with sauce from pan. This will serve 4 people.
