    Italian Pork Chops Mozzarella

    8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    1 package of Shake n Bake Original Pork Seasoned Coating mix
    1 1/2 cups of spaghetti sauce
    1 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    Aluminum Foil

    Coat the chops with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix. Place the chops on Aluminum Foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 425ºF. for 15 minutes or until cooked through. top the chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until the sauce is warm and the cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings
    Substitute: Substitute 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves for pork chops. Coat with coating mix and place in baking pan as directed. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Continue as directed above.
