1 thick-cut ready-to-eat ham slice
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Port wine
Recipe
Rub ham slice with dry mustard, using 1 tsp. mustard for each side.
Place in shallow baking pan. Combine honey and wine; pour over ham.
Bake uncovered in a moderate oven (350°F.) from 35-40 minutes.
