    Lemon-Apple Roasted Lamb Chops

    Marinade:
    � cup apple juice
    � cup steak sauce
    � cup lemon juice

    6 lamb chops

    Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag, add lamb chops and marinate overnight turning bag occasionally.

    Basting Sauce:
    � cup apple jelly
    � cup steak sauce
    � cup lemon juice

    In sauce pan melt one-half cup apple jelly, one-fourth cup lemon juice and one-fourth cup steak sauce.

    Place chops on medium grill; grill 20-25 minutes brushing often with sauce.
