    • 3 Pounds ground beef
    • 1 small onion
    • Dashes olive oil
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/2 Teaspoons garlic powder
    • 1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
    • Dashes freshly grated black pepper
    • 3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
    • 1 Cup crushed bacon crackers
    • Ounces ketchup

    Recipe



    Begin with good ground beef. To that, add diced onion that's been sauteed in some olive oil.

    You're also going to add eggs that have been whipped up. Then add garlic powder, seasoned salt, some freshly grated black pepper and parmesan cheese.

    The secret ingredient is a cup of crushed bacon crackers. Prepare these in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Mix it well and then shape it into a loaf shape.

    Place a 1/2 cup of the crushed bacon thins on a tray and roll the meatloaf in it.

    Drizzle the top with some ketchup and bake at 375 degrees for about an hour. When it's done, transfer the loaf to a serving dish and serve it up.
