Mustard-Apricot Pork Chops

1/3 cup apricot preserves
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
4 pork chops
3 green onion, chopped
hot cooked rice
Recipe
Over low heat cook preserves and mustard until preserves are melted. Add green onions Set aside.
Broil Pork 5 minutes. Brush with 1/2 glaze. Turn. Broil 5 minutes more. Brush with remaining glaze. Broil until meat juices run clear.
