Orange Topped Chops

6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
One 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
Pepper to taste
In a skillet, brown the chops on both sides in oil. Top with oranges, sprinkle with cloves and pepper. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the meat juices run clear. Makes 6 servings
