List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced onions


Recipe



Mix all of the above ingredients together and form into a loaf. Top with the sauce below before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meatloaf is done.

Meatloaf Sauce:

1/2 can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar

Mix well and pur over meatloaf before baking.
