1 jar of Ragu' Italian Cooking Sauce
4 pounds of round roast, trimmed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt And Pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of oil
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in oil. Add the onion and garlic; brown lightly. Pour off the excess oil. Add the jar Ragu sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
