    2 lb Ground Beef
    2 Eggs
    1/2 c Dry Bread Crumbs
    2 ts Salt
    8 oz Sliced Cooked Ham
    8 oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
    1 c Torn Celery Leaves
    1/2 c Parsley Leaves
    1/3 c Catsup

    Recipe



    Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs, and salt in a large bowl. Roll meat
    mixture between sheets of foil and wax paper to a 16X12-inch rectangle,
    about 1/2-inch thick.

    Remove top sheet of wax paper. Top meatloaf mixture with ham and cheese to
    within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with celery and parsley leaves. Roll up.
    beginning with short end, lifting away foil as you roll but leaving roll
    on foil at the end. Carefully move roll to center of foil, seam-side down.
    Crimp foil to enclose meatloaf. Place in a shallow baking pan.

    Bake at 350F degrees for 45 minutes. Unwrap meatloaf; brush all over with
    catsup. Bake 10 minutes longer.
