Pork Chops in Sour Cream

6 loin pork chops
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of catsup
1 garlic clove, minced
1 beef flavor bouillon cube
2 tablespoons of flour
1/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of dairy sour cream
In a large skillet, brown pork chops. Add 1/2 cup of water, brown sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and bouillon cube. Cover, simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Remove chops to serving platter, keep warm. In small bowl, combine the flour with 1/4 cup of water, slowly add to cooking liquid, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream, heat thoroughly. Do not boil. Serve sauce over chops. Makes 6 servings
