    Sirloin with Herbed Wine Sauce

    2 lbs lean boneless sirloin (3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup chopped green onion
    3/4 cup dry red wine
    3/4 cup water
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tsp dried tarragon
    1 beef-flavored bouillon cube
    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Coat a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and brown steak.

    Add sliced mushrooms and green onion, sauteing until tender.

    Add wine, water, tomato paste, tarragon, and bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until meat is tender and liquid is reduced by half.

    Stir in parsley and serve

    Servings: 6-8
