2 veal cutlets
4 slices ham
4 slices bologna
4 slices cheese
1/4 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil
salt, pepper and garlic for taste
5 slices of bacon
1 can tomato sauce
Recipe
Pound veal thin, overlap.
Place ham, bologna and cheese on veal. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Roll up, tie. Place in baking dish, strip top with bacon. Pour tomato sauce over top.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
