    3 Italian sausages, cut in quarters
    3 slices veal, about 8 oz each, cut thin
    1/2 onion, chopped
    parsley chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 oz Chablis wine
    10 basil leaves
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 garlic cloves, chopped

    Recipe



    Sauté onion and garlic in butter

    Flour veal and brown in pan with onion and garlic

    Remove veal and brown sausage in same pan, add more butter if needed.

    Replace the veal in pan with sausage, onion and garlic

    Add remaining ingredients

    Let simmer for ten minutes and serve hot
