List of Ingredients




1 pound ground turkey
1 pound ground chuck
2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
1 onion, chopped
2 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup water or apple juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup ketchup, divided in half
2 tablespoons prepared hot horseradish, red or white (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for 1/2 cup ketchup. Shape into loaf, either in a loaf pan or free form in a larger baking pan. Spread remaining ketchup over loaf and bake for about 1 hour.
