Cavatelli with Ricotta

2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
1 pound fresh ricotta cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 cup tomato sauce
1 pound Cavatelli
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook spinach. Drain in colander, squeeze out all the water. Combine spinach, ricotta, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and sauce. Blend. Bring large quantity of water to boil. Add pasta;stir rapidly. Cook 2 minutes; drain, add ricotta mixture. Pour into baking dish. Bake 25-30 minutes.
