Charlton Heston Spaghetti w/Cauliflower

1 lb. spaghetti
1 small cauliflower
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 anchovy fillets, cut
1 1/2 tsps. pine nuts
1 large can whole or pureed tomatoes
1 tbsp. currants, fresh or canned
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
Break cauliflower into flowerets. Cook in boiling salted wated about 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Heat oil in a heavy pan or skillet. Add onions. Cook until tender. Add anchovies. Stir for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes. Add pine nuts, currants and cooked cauliflower. Mix well; simmer on very low heat. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Top With Sauce.
