List of Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice a smoked sausage up in pieces the width of a lasagna noodle. This will help determine how many lasagna noodles you will need to cook up. Bring water to a boil and place noodles in the pot with a tablespoon of oil to keep them from sticking together. Add a few extra noodles in case one of them tears apart.
Prepare your favorite jarred spaghetti sauce in a pan with any extras you might desire. For example, I add mushrooms, peppers, and onion diced up. Cook this over a low flame while the noodles are cooking.
Slice each piece of sausage down the middle and place a slice of mozarella cheese in the center of each smoked sausage piece. When the noodles are cooked, drain and proceed to wrap each sausage piece into a noodle. You may place a long toothpick in them to seal them closed.
Place the wrapped sausages in a 9x12x13 pan and pour the spaghetti sauce over top. Place slices of the mozarella cheese over top and bake at around 350 degrees for one hour.
