    1 lemon
    1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken
    large zip top bag
    1/4 cup flour
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/4 cup butter, with garlic
    8 ounces penne pasta
    2 tablespoons capers
    2 teaspoons chicken base
    1/2 cup white wine
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    salt and pepper

    Wash lemon and cut in half ... remove seeds

    Fill saucepan 3/4 full of water, cover and place on high heat to boil for pasta. Preheat saute pan on medium high for 2-3 minutes.

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Place flour and seasoned salt in zip bag....shake to mix. Add chicken and shake to coat.

    Add garlic butter and chicken to saute pan, reduce heat to medium and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add pasta to boiling water. cook uncovered 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Stir capers and chicken base into chicken, cook 2 minutes.

    Stir wine, juice from lemon and cream into chicken; reduce heat to low and simmer 3-4 minutes.

    Stir drained pasta into chicken.

    Season and serve.
