POLISH PASTA WITH KIELBASA SAUSAGE

List of Ingredients
1 pound medium shells
1 ground regular or low-fat kielbasa sausage, sliced � inch thick
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, whole
2 tablespoons Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
One 16-ounce can cannelloni beans
3 tablespoons ketchup
� teaspoon dried oregano
Salt to taste (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
� cup pasta water
Serves 4 to 6.
Cook the pasta. Reserve � cup water when draining.
In a large skillet, saut� the sausage, onions, and garlic in the olive oil until the onions are soft. Add the beans, ketchup, oregano, salt and pepper, cover, and continue to saut�. Add the pasta water to the skillet and mix. Toss the mixture with the pasta and serve. Recipe
