Pasta with Spinach and Sausage

1 pound sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled
1 package (8 ounces) fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) Italian tomatoes
1 package (16 ounces) penne pasta, cooked, drained
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Cook mushrooms and garlic in oil, stirring constantly, until tender. Add sausage, seasonings and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Fold in pasta and spinach; heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with cheese.
