1 16 ounce package lasagna noodles
1 pound fresh crabmeat
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
Cook lasagna noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In medium size saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and let flour brown lightly. Stir in milk stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add the Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir well.
Layer noodles, crabmeat, mozzerella cheese and sauce reserving 1 cup of mozarella cheese for the top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes to melt the mozzarella. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
