6 tbsp Chicken Broth
½ cup(s) Chopped Onion
2/3 cup(s) Milk
2 can(s) 4.5 Ounce Cans of Mushrooms
2 can(s) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp Basil
6 Lasagna Noodles
3 cup(s) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 cup(s) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Meat, Cooked and Diced
4 cup(s) Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
¼ cup(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup(s) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
1) Saute onion and mushrooms in chicken broth.
2) Remove from heat.
3) Add soup, milk and basil. Mix well.
4) In a lightly greased 9/13 dish, arrange 3 cooked noodles.
5) Layer: ½ chicken, ½ ricotta, ½ cheddar, ½ parmesan and ½ soup mixture.
6) Add other 3 noodles and repeat layer.
7) Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes.
