Broccoli Pasta Tuna Salad

Radishes, fresh from the garden, add color and crunch to this salad.
SALAD
1 cup water
3 cups fresh broccoli florets or I-lb. pkg. Green Giant@ Frozen Broccoli Cuts
8 oz. (3 1/2 cups) uncooked rotini (spiral pasta)
1/2 cup sliced radishes
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into julienne strips
(2x1/4x1/4 inches)
2 (6 l/8-oz.) cans water-packed tuna, drained, flaked
DRESSING
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup oil
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
Recipe
In medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add broccoli; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 7 to 12 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water.
In large bowl, combine broccoli, rotini and remaining salad ingredients; toss gently. In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients except Parmesan cheese; shake well. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
8 (1-cup) servings.
