Deli-Style Pasta Salad

7 oz pkg tri-color spiral pasta
6 oz hard salami thinly sliced
6 oz Provolone cheese cubed
2 1/4 oz ripe olives sliced and drained
1 small red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
1/4 cup red bell peppers chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider or red wine vinegar
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Cook pasta according to pkg directions rinse in cold water drain
Place cooked pasta in lge bowl toss with 1-2 tbs olive oil
Add the next 9 ingredients with the Parmesan cheese tossing to combine
In a jar with a tight fitting lid combine oil vinegar garlic mustard basil oregano salt and pepper shaking well to combine
Pour over the salad tossing to coat well
Cover and chill overnight
Toss again before serving.
