    4 cups pasta (penne, bowties, rotini)
    ¾ cup chopped green pepper
    ¾ cup chopped red pepper
    1 cup broccoli flowerets
    ½ cup black olives, pitted and sliced
    2 cups Triple A feta cheese diced

    Dressing
    ½ cup olive oil
    ¼ cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon oregano
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Boil pasta according to package directions. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside. To the drained and cooled pasta, add the green and red peppers, broccoli flowerets, black olives and Triple A feta cheese. Pour dressing and mix thoroughly Refrigerate. Makes 6-8 servings.
