List of Ingredients
1 pack (1 LB) Elbow macaroni
1 jar (10oz.) Sweet peppercorn relish or sweet pickle relish
1 can (4oz.) Pimientos. Drained and chopped
� cup Dice green pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
2 teaspoon Grated onion
1 cup Mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing
� cup Dairy sour cream
� cup Milk
1 � teaspoon Salt
Recipe
Cook macaroni as package label direct. Drain; rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl.
Add corn relish, chopped pimientos, diced green pepper, parsley, and onions. Mix well.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and salt; blend well. Pour over macaroni mixture; toss slightly until well combined. Refrigerate, covered until well chilled � several hours or overnight. Garnish with green pepper rings and pimiento strips.
