1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. raw macaroni, cooked
2 cans tuna, flaked
3 hard cooked eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Lettuce or other greens


Recipe



Mix lemon juice and oil. Mix with macaroni. Fold in tuna, eggs, onion, celery and carrots. Fold in mayonnaise and mustard. Serve on salad greens.
