1 can (8 1/4 oz) Crushed Pineapple
1 Cup Cool Whip
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1 package Stella D'Oro Anginetti cookies
Recipe
Whip cream cheese with mixer, add in cool whip and very well drained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate until ready to assemble cream puffs.
The cookies are bowl shaped. With a sharp knife, slice off the bottom of the bowl, set cookie on platter slice down, fill the bowl with the cream filling, and put the sliced off piece on top of the filling as a lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
