Apple Cheddar Dumpling

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1/4 cup butter
4 Granny Smith Apples
4 Tablespoons granola
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
Recipe
Roll puff pastry into a 16 x 16 inch sheet. Cut into 4 equal squares.
Peel and thinly slice apples. Melt butter in large skillet. Saute apples until tender, about 10 minutes. Divide apples evenly between the 4 pastry squares. Top each square with 1 Tablespoon granola. Pull puff pastry around apples and pinch edges together.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle each dumpling with 1 Tablespoon brown sugar and serve.
