Cream Cheese Pastry And Blue Cheese

1/2 cup sweet butter, softened
1/4 pound cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 4-oz pkg. blue cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
Recipe
Cream butter and cream cheese well. Add flour and mix till smooth. Wrap it up in plastic wrap and chill it.
Cream the blue cheese with Worcestershire sauce and heavy cream to spreading consistency (add more cream if needed)
On a lightly floured pastry cloth, roll out the dough to a rectangle 16 inch long and 6 inches wide. Cut the dough in half so you have two rectangles 8 inch by 6 inches. Spread the dough with blue cheese mixture. Roll up the 6 inch side, jelly roll style. Wrap the pastry up and chill it until you're ready to cook.
Preheat oven to 425º. Slice your roll into 1/4 inch slices. Bake the slices on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature
