1 cup water
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
3 sm boxes vanilla pudding, instant
3 cups milk
8-oz cream cheese, softened
8-oz Cool Whip
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400º
In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in four, and eggs, one at a time, beating each.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Pour batter into it and bake for about 30-35 minutes. Will be very puffy. Let cool.
In a mixing bowl blend pudding, milk, and cream cheese. Pour filling over "crust", ice with cool whip. Serve.
