    1 lb. bread dough
    6 slices Provolone cheese
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    10 slices Mozzarella cheese
    corn meal
    sugar
    dry Italian seasonings
    garlic powder (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roll out bread dough that has risen for 6 hours with a heavy rolling pin. Spray a deep dish pizza pan with Pam and put a little corn meal on the bottom of the pan. Place rolled dough into pan.
    Space Provolone cheese onto the dough and sprinkle with sugar. Pour sauce on cheese slices and season with dry Italian seasonings and a little garlic powder if you like. Place toppings on pizza (your choice). Spread Mozzarella slices, covering all of the pizza. Cook for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 2 minutes.
