1 pkg. refrigerated cresent rolls
1 1/2 c. firmly packed fresh spinach leaves, stemmed and chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 green onion with top, sliced
1/2 t. dill weed
1/8 t. ground black pepper
1 t. lemon zest, divided
1/2 t. lemon juice
4 oz. flake or leg style imitation crabmeat, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Unroll cresent dough; separate into triangles. On a pizza stone or cookie sheet arrange triangles in circle with points in the center and wide ends towards the outside. Lightly flour and roll dough to a 12 inch circle, pressing seams together to seal. Bake 12 to 15 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup of the spinach, green onion, dill weed, pepper, 1/2 t. of the lemon zest and lemon juice; mix well. Spread mixture evenly onto crust. Top pizza with remaining spinach, crabmeat and olives and remaining 1/2 t. of lemon zest.
