    One recipe of pizza dough

    1/3 cup pesto
    10 ounces boiled white potatoes
    6 slices of prosciutto (about 2 1/2 ounces)
    7 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 ounce Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. fresh or dried oregano leaf

    Pre-heat oven to 500 degrees. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with olive oil. Roll out the pizza dough to fit the pan tucking under the edges. Spread the pesto over the dough. Cut the cooked potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices and arrange them over the pesto. Cut the prosciutto into strips and scatter over the potatoes. Sprinkle the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and oregano over the top.

    Place pizza in the lower level of the hot oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
