    Portabello, Spinach & Artichoke Pizza

    1 Boboli pizza crust (or homemade)
    Pizza Sauce
    2 portabello mushroom caps (other wild mushroom taste great too)
    5 to 6 fresh spinach leaves
    1 can artichoke hearts
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese (not the stuff from a can)
    2 tbl. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Preheat the oven according to package directions for pizza crust.
    Slice the mushrooms 1/4" thick. Heat butter in skillet. Add garlic,
    then sliced mushrooms. Sauté about 2 minutes. Set aside. Wash
    spinach and dry, remove stems and tear into bite size pieces.
    Drain artichokes and set aside.

    Assembly - put sauce onto crust, then add spinach pieces,
    next the mushrooms, then artichoke hearts. Top with freshly
    grated Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    NOTE: Great served with spinach salad.
