Quick Tortilla Pizzas

8 flour tortillas
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 can (3-4 ounce) jalapeno or green chili peppers, drained
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp chopped parsely
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese


Recipe



Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wrap the pile of tortillas in foil and warm in the oven about 10 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 375. Unwrap the tortillas and arrange them in a single layer on 2 cookie sheets. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each tortilla. Coarsely chop the jalapeno peppers. Sprinkle garlic, peppers, and parsley over the sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Kids love these!!!
