2 large potatoes
Italian dressing
1 8oz. bottle of salsa
1 8oz. package of grated cheese


Recipe



Slice potatoes lengthwise and marinate slices in Italian dressing for 5 minutes. Grill potatoes 5-6 minutes on each side. Top each slice with salsa and cheese and cover grill for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
