    Sweet and Sour Pork Pizza

    8 to 10 ounces pork loin chops, grilled and diced
    1 (12-14 ounce) ready made pizza crust, room temperature
    ¾ cup sweet and sour sauce
    1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 (15 ½ ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
    8 ounces sliced and shredded provolone cheese

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. On stovetop or outdoor grill, cook pork loin chops over medium-high heat, turning once – about six minutes per side or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 160 degrees F. Remove from heat and dice. Spread sweet and sour sauce evenly over pizza crust. Distribute diced pork, chopped sweet pepper and pineapple chucks evenly over pizza crust and sauce. Cover with sliced and shredded cheese. Bake in 425-degree F. preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Slice prior to serving. Serves 8 to 10.
