    Tuscan Pizza Dough

    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 t. salt
    4 c. bread flour
    2 1/2 t. yeast

    Add in order in bread machine and set on dough cycle. Take out after it has risen in the machine. Cut in two. Roll out each ball into a big circle on a floured surface and transfer to a steel pizza pan that has been oiled with olive oil. (I got my two pans at Target.) Then press your dough to the size of the pan. Spread some tomato sauce over, then some shredded mozzarella cheese, then any toppings you desire, salt and pepper to taste, oregano and/or basil to taste, and a final sprinkling of olive oil all over. Pop into a preheated 500 oven on the lowest rack (I put my pans on the lowest rack on top of pizza stones), and bake for about 8 minutes or so. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do! So inexpensive and fast to make, too.
