    Beer and Mustard Grilled Turkey

    Servings: 8

    2 pound turkey breast tenderloins*
    1/2 cup light beer
    1/2 cup fat-free Honey Dijon salad dressing
    1/2 teaspoon pepper, cracked
    2 cloves garlic, crushed

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except turkey in large zip-lock bag or bowl. Mix well. Add turkey and marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes to 2 hours.

    Remove turkey from marinade. Grill over hot coals about 30 minutes until meat is no longer pink in the center or a thermometer inserted in deepest part of meat reads 170F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with fat-free Honey Dijon salad dressing as a sauce or dip.

    *Also, try substituting Wings, Drumettes, Drums.
