    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    4 medium skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 12 ounces total)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 bulb garlic, separated into cloves and sliced (about 1/4 cup)
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 to 2 tablespoons honey
    6 cups packaged shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw mix)
    2 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted

    In a plastic bag combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, shaking to coat. In a large skillet cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once. Transfer chicken to a serving platter; cover and keep warm.

    Add garlic to skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add broth, vinegar, and honey. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes more or until broccoli is tender. Stir in pecans. Spoon the broccoli mixture over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
