    Citrus Lime Turkey Cutlets

    1 lb thinly sliced turkey cutlets
    1 tsp salt, divided
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup sliced green onions, divided
    1/2 cup fresh orange juice
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    1 tsp grated orange zest
    3 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces
    1 large navel orange, peeled and sectioned

    Season cutlets with 1/2 tsp salt and the pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add 3 cutlets; cook, turning, until golden, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Keep warm while cooking remaining cutlets.

    Add half the green onions to skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring, for 1 minute. Add orange juice, lime juice and grated zest. Stir to scrape up browned bits. Bring to a boil simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat; whisk in butter, one piece at a time. Season with the remaining salt.

    Return turkey and any juices to pan; stir in orange sections. Cook until turkey is hot, about 1 minute. Place turkey on plates; top with orange sections, remaining green onions and sauce.
