    3 tablespoons of butter, melted
    juice of 1/2 onion
    juice of 1 crushed clove garlic
    2 tablespoons of ketchup
    2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon of sugar
    A pinch of cayenne pepper
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 large cooked turkey legs, halved
    Oil for frying
    4 tomatoes, halved

    Mix the melted butter with onion and garlic juices, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. With a sharp knife, cut shallow gashes in turkey legs. Put turkey pieces into dish and spoon sauce on top. Marinate for at least 1 hour, turning frequently. Preheat broiler. Heat oil in a deep skillet until hot. fry the turkey until brown all over, turning frequently. Drain. Broil tomato halves until browned. Serve turkey with boiled rice, garnished with broiled tomatoes. Serves 4
