    1 1/4 pounds boned, skinned turkey breast
    Marinade:
    1 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup oil
    1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    Seasoning:
    1 tablespoon white pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

    4 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 green peppers, sliced

    Tomato wedges, for garnish
    Lemon wedges, for garnish

    Recipe



    1. Place the turkey breast in a shallow glass dish. Combine the marinade ingredients.

    2. Mix the seasonings together. Add 1 teaspoon to the marinade. Pour over the turkey.

    3. Cover. Marinate in the refrigerator a few hours or overnight.

    4. Heat butter in a large, heavy skillet. Add the onion and pepper. Saute quickly until tender. Season to taste.

    5. Drain turkey from marinade. Grill over hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once or broil 5 inches from heat source until golden.

    6. Cut into strips. Mix with the vegetables. Season again, if desired.

    7. Garnish with tomato and lemon wedges. Serve.
