Spicy Grilled Chicken Tortillas

List of Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 large flour tortillas
Marinade
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Filling
1 Tbsp. hot jalapenos, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours. Grill chicken on Medium until fully cooked. Slice chicken into strips. Combine filling ingredients and divide evenly over tortillas. Top with chicken and fold over. Lightly brush outside of tortilla with olive oil and grill on Medium 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side. Serves 4.
