    Turkey Breast with Cherry Sauce

    1 turkey breast, roasted
    4 T. butter, melted
    1 pound cherries, pitted
    3 T. brown sugar
    3 T. water
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Cut turkey breast into equal slices. (at this point you are suppose to "spread the liver sausage over each slice".
    Place in casserole dish. Do not overlap slices.
    Drizzle butter over each slice and heat in warm oven.
    Place cherries in saucepan with remaining ingredients. Simmer until fruit is pulpy and then run through a grinder. Pour sauce over the slices and return to the oven for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
