Whiskey & Worcestershire Chicken Breasts

tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup whiskey
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
Heat oil in a large fry pan and saute chicken breasts until cooked through; approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add onions to the pan and saute until beginning to brown. Add whiskey and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce to a sauce consistency; add parsley and pour over chicken breasts. Makes 4 servings.
