1 box lemon cake mix
1 12 oz whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 kiwis, cored and peeled
1 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 banana, sliced
1 cup milk
1 8 oz can mandarin orange slices, drained

Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Place a parchment circle on the flat area of each of the flan pans. Divide the cake mix between the pans. It will fill the pans and that's okay. Bake according to directions on box. Turn over on plates and cool. Combine lemon juice, pudding mix and milk with 10" whisk. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Divide and spread mixture between the two cakes. Decorate the cakes with the sliced bananas, kiwi and orange segments. Trim the edges of the cakes with the remaining whipped topping.
