Into 8-9" pie plate, mix 2 cups flour, 2 tsp. sugar and 1-1/4 tsp. salt. With fork, whip together 2/3 cup cooking oil and 3 tablespoons milk; pour over flour mixture. Mix with fork until all flour is dampened. Reserve about 1/3 of dough for top "crust." Press remaining dough evenly against bottom and sides of pie plate. Crimp edges. Fill with pie filling. Crumble reserved dough and sprinkle over filling for top "crust." Bake as directed in pie recipe.
